The Central Operations Team serves all LifeChurch campuses by providing shared administrative, operational, financial, and creative support. The team partners with Campus Leaders to strengthen ministry effectiveness and enable every campus to focus on our mission:

All Central Operations Team members report to the Senior Pastor and work collaboratively with Campus Leaders and ministry teams across all LifeChurch campuses.
PART-TIME ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR
Department: Central Operations Team
Employment Status: Part-Time
Reports To: Senior Pastor
Works Alongside: Campus Leaders, Ministry Leaders, and the Central Operations Team
Purpose of the Role
The Part-Time Administrative Coordinator provides administrative, financial, and operational support that strengthens church ministries and enables Campus Leaders to focus on shepherding people and advancing the mission of LifeChurch.
Key Responsibilities
Administration
- Maintain church records, files, and databases.
- Prepare reports, correspondence, meeting agendas, minutes, and ministry documents.
- Coordinate calendars, meetings, and church-wide schedules.
- Organize ministry resources and shared documentation.
- Support church-wide projects and ministry coordination.
Finance & Stewardship
(In collaboration with Campus Leaders and the Finance Team)
- Assist with recording offerings, expenses, and reimbursements.
- Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external accounting providers.
- Assist with budget preparation and financial reporting.
- Support accountability and stewardship processes.
- Assist with annual reporting and ministry records.
Church Systems & Operations
- Manage registrations, attendance records, and volunteer databases.
- Support ministry workflows and operational improvements.
- Coordinate shared resources across campuses.
- Assist with administrative and operational projects as assigned.
Required Skills & Proficiency
- Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Forms, Drive, Calendar)
- Elvanto (Church Management System)
- QuickBooks (Bookkeeping & Accounting)
- ClickUp (Project Management)
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Thai
Qualifications
- A committed follower of Jesus Christ who supports the vision and values of LifeChurch.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively.
- Servant-hearted, humble, and dependable.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Legally eligible to work in Thailand.
Work Schedule
On-site: Three (3) days per week
Required days:
- Tuesday – Staff meeting, planning, administration, and ministry coordination.
- Sunday – Worship services and ministry support.
- One additional weekday – To be agreed upon based on ministry needs.
Additional Notes:
- Work may be required at both the Bangna and Siam campuses.
- Remote work may be approved for selected administrative tasks.
- Additional attendance may occasionally be required for conferences, special events, and ministry activitie
