CENTRAL OPERATIONS TEAM

The team partners with Campus Leaders to strengthen ministry effectiveness and enable every campus to focus on our mission:

    Department: Central Operations Team
    Employment Status: Part-Time
    Reports To: Senior Pastor
    Works Alongside: Campus Leaders, Ministry Leaders, and the Central Operations Team

    Purpose of the Role

    The Part-Time Creative Media & Digital Coordinator communicates the vision and mission of LifeChurch through creative design, digital media, and online platforms that engage people, strengthen ministries, and extend the church’s outreach.

    Key Responsibilities

    Graphic Design

    • Design sermon graphics, announcements, posters, banners, and ministry materials.
    • Create promotional materials for events and outreach.
    • Maintain consistent LifeChurch branding across all campuses.

    Video Production & Photography

    • Produce and edit videos for worship services, testimonies, events, and ministry highlights.
    • Create short-form videos for social media.
    • Capture photography and videography during services and events.
    • Tell compelling stories that highlight life change and ministry impact.

    Website Management

    • Maintain and update the church website.
    • Upload sermons, events, announcements, and ministry information.
    • Ensure online content remains accurate and engaging.

    Social Media

    • Manage Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
    • Plan and schedule content.
    • Create engaging posts, stories, reels, and campaigns.
    • Monitor engagement and assist with online communication.

    Media Support

    • Support presentations, livestreams, and digital media during services.
    • Organize media files and digital archives.
    • Assist ministry teams with creative and technical needs.

    Required Skills & Proficiency

    • Canva Pro
    • Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator (preferred)
    • Adobe Premiere Pro and/or CapCut
    • WordPress
    • Photography & Videography
    • Social Media Management
    • Google Workspace
    • Fluent in spoken and written English and Thai

    Qualifications

    • A committed follower of Jesus Christ who supports the vision and values of LifeChurch.
    • Strong creative, communication, and storytelling skills.
    • Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
    • Passion for ministry and digital outreach.
    • Organized, dependable, and collaborative.
    • Servant-hearted with integrity and humility.
    • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
    • Legally eligible to work in Thailand.

    Work Schedule

    On-site: Three (3) days per week

    Required days:

    • Tuesday – Staff meeting, planning, creative development, and ministry coordination.
    • Sunday – Worship services, photography, videography, media support, and church activities.
    • One additional weekday – To be agreed upon based on ministry needs.

    Additional Notes:

    • Work may be required at both the Bangna and Siam campuses.
    • Remote work may be approved for selected creative tasks.
    • Additional attendance may occasionally be required for conferences, outreach events, and ministry activities.

    Compensation & Benefits 

    Salary

    THB 15,000–25,000 per month (depending on experience)

    Employment Terms

    • Position: Part-Time
    • Probation: 3 months
    • Contract: One-year contract with the possibility of renewal
    • Working Hours: Approximately 20–25 hours per week
    • Sunday is a required working day
    • Additional weekday hours scheduled in agreement with the Senior Pastor.

    Requirements

    Applicants must:

    • Be an active member of LifeChurch who embraces the church’s vision, values, and statement of faith.
    • Be available to work every Sunday.
    • Be willing to occasionally work outside normal hours for church events and ministry activities.
