The team partners with Campus Leaders to strengthen ministry effectiveness and enable every campus to focus on our mission:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Jesus Centered Church<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u0e1a\u0e23\u0e23\u0e22\u0e32\u0e01\u0e32\u0e28\u0e15\u0e49\u0e2d\u0e19\u0e23\u0e31\u0e1a<\/strong> \u2013 Helping people encounter Jesus.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Growing<\/strong> \u2013 Making disciples and caring for people.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sharing<\/strong> \u2013 Living missionally and reaching our community.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All Central Operations Team members report to the <strong>Senior Pastor<\/strong> and work collaboratively with Campus Leaders and ministry teams across all LifeChurch campuses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">PART-TIME ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Department:<\/strong> Central Operations Team<br><strong>Employment Status:<\/strong> Part-Time<br><strong>Reports To:<\/strong> Senior Pastor<br><strong>Works Alongside:<\/strong> Campus Leaders, Ministry Leaders, and the Central Operations Team<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Purpose of the Role<br><\/strong>The Part-Time Administrative Coordinator provides administrative, financial, and operational support that strengthens church ministries and enables Campus Leaders to focus on shepherding people and advancing the mission of LifeChurch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Key Responsibilities<br><\/strong><strong>Administration<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Maintain church records, files, and databases.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare reports, correspondence, meeting agendas, minutes, and ministry documents.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate calendars, meetings, and church-wide schedules.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Organize ministry resources and shared documentation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support church-wide projects and ministry coordination.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Finance &amp; Stewardship<br><\/strong><em>(In collaboration with Campus Leaders and the Finance Team)<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Assist with recording offerings, expenses, and reimbursements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate with internal teams and external accounting providers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist with budget preparation and financial reporting.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support accountability and stewardship processes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist with annual reporting and ministry records.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Church Systems &amp; Operations<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Manage registrations, attendance records, and volunteer databases.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support ministry workflows and operational improvements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate shared resources across campuses.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist with administrative and operational projects as assigned.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Required Skills &amp; Proficiency<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Forms, Drive, Calendar)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Elvanto (Church Management System)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>QuickBooks (Bookkeeping &amp;
