The team partners with Campus Leaders to strengthen ministry effectiveness and enable every campus to focus on our mission:<\/span>

    Purpose of the Role<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The Part-Time Creative Media & Digital Coordinator communicates the vision and mission of LifeChurch through creative design, digital media, and online platforms that engage people, strengthen ministries, and extend the church\u2019s outreach.

    Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Graphic Design<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      \n
    • Design sermon graphics, announcements, posters, banners, and ministry materials.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Create promotional materials for events and outreach.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Maintain consistent LifeChurch branding across all campuses.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Video Production & Photography<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

        \n
      • Produce and edit videos for worship services, testimonies, events, and ministry highlights.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Create short-form videos for social media.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Capture photography and videography during services and events.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Tell compelling stories that highlight life change and ministry impact.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        Website Management<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

        • Maintain and update the church website.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Upload sermons, events, announcements, and ministry information.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Ensure online content remains accurate and engaging.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          Social Media<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

            \n
          • Manage Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other digital platforms.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Plan and schedule content.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Create engaging posts, stories, reels, and campaigns.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Monitor engagement and assist with online communication.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

            Media Support<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

            • Support presentations, livestreams, and digital media during services.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Organize media files and digital archives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Assist ministry teams with creative and technical needs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

              Required Skills & Proficiency<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

              • Canva Pro<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator (preferred)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Adobe Premiere Pro and\/or CapCut<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • WordPress<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Photography & Videography<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Social Media Management<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Google Workspace<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Fluent in spoken and written\u00a0English and Thai<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

                • A committed follower of Jesus Christ who supports the vision and values of LifeChurch.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                • Strong creative, communication, and storytelling skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                • Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                • Passion for ministry and digital outreach.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                • Organized, dependable, and collaborative.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                • Servant-hearted with integrity and humility.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                • Minimum\u00a02 years<\/strong>\u00a0of relevant work experience.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                • Legally eligible to work in Thailand.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                  Work Schedule<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

                  On-site:<\/strong> Three (3) days per week<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                  Required days:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                    \n
                  • Tuesday<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Staff meeting, planning, creative development, and ministry coordination.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  • Sunday<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Worship services, photography, videography, media support, and church activities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  • One additional weekday<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 To be agreed upon based on ministry needs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                    Additional Notes:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

                    • Work may be required at both the\u00a0Bangna<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0Siam<\/strong>\u00a0campuses.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                    • Remote work may be approved for selected creative tasks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                    • Additional attendance may occasionally be required for conferences, outreach events, and ministry activities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                      Compensation & Benefits <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

                      THB 15,000\u201325,000 per month<\/strong> (depending on experience)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                        • Sunday is a required working day<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
                        • Additional weekday hours scheduled in agreement with the Senior Pastor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
